okay this is all good for the girls but what about the guys? how are they going to remove an appendix or anything else, when we don't have a vagina or are they planing to go another way

On March 26, 2008, surgeons at UC San Diego Medical Center removed an inflamed appendix through a patient's vagina, a first in the United States.
