I have had two of them. When Chile Jr was only around 2 weeks old she was still in the hospital because she was born premature. I did have something physically wrong with me......but I do think it was compounded with a bit of a panic attack.
No (that I can remember) however, my sis gets panic attacks, she swears she feels like she's gonna die every time!! (which, btw X, she describes it similar to what you just did)

On Tuesday, I felt like I was dying....or at least thought I was going to end up at the hospital with something really serious. It was messed up!!!!
I've never felt like that. I had 911 dialed on my cell phone but never pressed it. Thank God thinks worked out.
I wouldn't call it a near death experience....'cause I think I was far from it......but the 'feeling' was really creepy.
Anyway....
We live to see another day!
OMG Baina, thank God things turned out OK, but dont dismiss episodes like those. Make sure you always follow up with your doctor and keep an eye on whatever it was that happened.
As for me, gracias a Dios, no, never had an experience like that, and hopefully i wont.
BTW, holy cryptic topic on Valentines' Day? Will you ask us about love stories on Halloween????

I have never really felt like I was dying; but having kidney stones pain was a bi t ch - only time I ever had to call for an ambulance. I was reminded of this by the mention of 911.

yes i have and trust me is not a nice feeling........
some times when i sleep i can't breath and i wake up gasping for air and I feel like I'm about to die but some how I'm able to catch my breath back and its all good, it hasn't happen to me lately, thats my story.
