install, update, and run them, make sure u run one at a time.

Well... it used to be fast, I don't see why it can't be fast again without having to buy anything
I don't download a lot of stuff or run many/big programs at the same time either

My computer is dreadfully slow!!
I ran disk clean up and disk defragmenter what else is there to do???
