That looks awsome. Very nice
Hello!! It's Chile of course it's perfect!

That's my dream, I don't dream retiring in a Yatch os stuff like that My retirement idea is some sort of Life like Il Postino..a humble house in the Ocean, a bicycle and a camera....it's all I want.
Yes and no. What about the tropical storms? what about the earthquakes?
No way, i'd be too scared. I can do a week, but not to live. I think i'd rather have a cottage in algonquin. But that's just my canadiana me talking.

Ideally.... not very realistic though. Unless you enough money to retire NOW... take me with you!
Well no he doesn't want to retire now but he wants to move now. He wants to build a place in Argentina and open a business there. He doesn't want to spend another 20 years in Canada.

dogo im glad to see ur looking into what we talked about!!! oh and im on a four year plan in four years i wnat to live in the sun!!! and yes you buy the land build a nice house (so cheap to do) and done then u can rent it out and pay it off that way!! HAVE u looked at progresso??
So anyway... my point was, CHILENITA That normally when you think of a house on a sandy white, turqouise water beach, you'd think they cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, or even millions When if you buy something now, thinking long term, you might end up with a property that it's surroundings will develope to also have other attractions besides just the beach. Althought the beach is more than enough for me
Yesi i don't have the actual money now either, but a mortgage on 10 to 20Gs is about $60 to 120 a month. Not bad to secure a little piece of paradise
I know what your point was geek! GESH!!!
Che wants to move now! HE says he doesn't want to wait until he is 60 to live in the sun.

Yesi, yes, that's what I meant... just buy something for the land, construction would come later, And not so much for holidays.. it's not something I could afford now, but when near retirement. I mean 10 to 20 grand! you can't beat that, and you're on the beach!!
Chile,

I've been considering this Buy now (while it's still affordable) let ti sit there till retirement. Build a little something at that time and move there a few months a year. Ahhhhhh
