The Mexican Pizzas were amazing!!! I make them now buying the Old El Paso mexican pizza shells. They taste just as good and even better cause you can toss as much beef and cheese as you want.
Too bad I never went to Chi Chi's when it was around I used to think Mexican food was gross when I was a little kid
Happy birthday from Chi Chi's OLE !
I went to Chi Chis!!!!
I was just there in November! Best dessert ever.. and it wasn't even cheesecake...
speaking of cheesecake, hubby bought some for the holidays... and I ate the WHOLE THING by myself... is that bad???

the BEST Mexican Pizza ive ever tasted was at Chalkers on Marlee... thats some seriousness of taste... its very good...
in the Bloor n Christie area theres a restaurant called Regal Garden, its about a block west of Christie, my school (Toronto BJJ) is across from this restaurant, they have some of the best Chinese cuisine Ive had in a while... but nothing beats Hong Shings on Dundas & University..

El Asador is at christie and bloor. I think it's still there. The other one's an italian restaurant, Remezzo's, at Brimley & Sheppard. Haven't been there in years!
Oh, and the one I hope never, ever changes: Little India... I was there on SAt... so yummy!
good thing I already had lunch.

I went to El Asador last year and it sucked big time. The pupusas had no taste. It was way better back when i was in high school.

Anyways, tell us about restaurants that u liked but now hate them, reasons y, and how did they change, that made u feel diff about them now?
Well here is the one that i have stop liking
Ms Greek @ the Danforth, I was there last week, they have moved location and made it bigger but the food and is s h i t and the price has gone up........ but the thing that really did it for me was the fact that the garlic bread never came until i asked for it, I was like WTF!!!! is the only reason i come here...... Anyways, never going back there again, i feel like they have lost their identity (they look now just like any other restaurant) the price has gone up and food quality down.
i give a FTR!!!!!!

Ha ha... hubby was a big fan of mexican pizza... I'd never even heard of it until I met him, and he was furious when they discontinued it. When we went to the States, that's the one thing he wanted. I think he had it there. i can't remember.
@ Xavier: there's this restaurant that we used to go to, 'cause I really liked their Mediterranean chicken dish... last two times I went, they said they ran out. I guess other people liked it as much as I did. So I haven't been back in years. I also used to like El Asador when I was in high school, but they changed owners and I don't like the new food so much anymore. Not that I could go there often, 'cause I"m never in that area.
