just letting u know that 10.5.2 has been release to the beta testers, i guess we'll be seeing it soon on apple updates and this one is a big one about 350MB
hey X, I had similar network problems to you. Although this may sound weird, changing the broadcast channel of the wireless router to another channel fixed it for me. I know it sounds strange but...
the thing is that it worked for one day after that nothing, i looked around and i found that leopard has problems with some encryptions, I'm not going to change anything on my router because i know it works, so I'm just gonna wait for apple to fix their software.
but if takes any longer i might have to do what u said, thnx.

Well, I installed it on my laptop and not really happy with it, my biggest problem, I can't connect to my wireless router at home, something to do with the security on my router, the funny thing is that tiger worked no problem, to be fare apple released some updates this week and haven't tested it again, i hope it works.
Over all Leopard is not the big WOW that people are making it out to be IMO, if u don't really need to update and u can hold off, do so, but if u want to try it like everyone else, install it.
Any other questions just ask.

We'll.....I think I might just hold off on it then. I've heard things like hard drives being erased when installing, etc..........Anyway......
Thanks for the info. I'll update it later.....when most of the bugs are worked out!
well they are working fast to fix a lot of the problems i mean its already at 10.5.1 and like i said this week they released new updates, i say give it 1 to 2 more months and u should be ready to go.
