Technically, Chile wasn't banned from 1990, they failed to qualify with that loss to Brazil. 

If they had qualified, chances are they would have been banned in 1990 instead of 1994.

South Korea over Spain in WC2002 Quarter Final

Our bull s h i t loss against Argentina in that U20 world cup this summer

2000 - Chile lost against Cameroon in semi final match in the Olympics ...we were winning 1-0 with only 10 minutes left in the game.  We had to settle for a bronze metalcry  At least the team we lost against won the goldhmm  Didn't make it feel any better thoughcry
