omfg.gif I am doing it all wrong - I don't eat the breast (unless done in a fattening CREAM sauce) and I love them thighs and legs and never remove the skin!

Yesi is right, also if u want to eat healthy don't eat the skin of the chicken (thats the best part cry.gif) because thats where all the fat is.

that depends what sort of cream...i mean seasoning they use.....but my question is healthwise...what makes the breast healthier if its from the same chicken?
