I had the pleasure of attending the Stevie Wonder concert last night.....and it was AMAZING!!!!

The ACC was PACKED!!! I have never seen it soooo rammed. Stevie came out and the first thing he did was talk for about 10 mins.....about his life, his mom's passing, etc....Such a great person, character with a positive outlook in life.

He proceededd to perform all his hits with inserts of comedy and impersonations.

The absolute highlite of the concert, for me (besides hearing "overjoyed" and "ribbon in the sky") was when he said that he had a special guest. No one knew who it was....and with my eyes popping out of their sockets, and my jaw nearly hitting the floor....my good friend, Peru and Toronto's own Luis Orbegoso took the stage beside Stevie Wonder!!! I was sooo shocked, excited, even nervous for him. If you don't know who Luisito is.....He is one of the best, most well rounded, percussionists in Toronto and recognized and respected  throughout the world. Unfortunately, most people recognize him as  "the blind guy" in most bands here in Toronto.  Anyway....He played Cajon while Stevie sang "Pastime Paradise". Then they broke into a bit of a latin jam session...with Luisito trading solo's with both of Stevie Wonder's percussionists. Luisito got huge cheers from the crowd. I was sooo happy for him.

Towards the end of the concert, Stevie brought on stage Toronto's own Glenn Lewis. He performed with Stevie for the remaining of the show. It was amazing!

I have never seen soo many people have sooo much fun at a concert. People were all dancing everywhere, genuinely having a good time....from viejitos, to white's, blacks, etc.....EVERYONE left with the satisfaction of seeing a legend, a great artist, but most of all.. a great human being!!!
