well for starters, I have sensitive teeth. I brush w sensodyne, just to make the picture clearer... story goes like this..

im eating away laughing at a random joke someone told me, picking at the nachos, right before i took the bite i got distracted by a passing patron and when i took the bite  BAMM!!! i cut my top gums w the nacho... true story. 

its been almost a week, and my dentist appointment is wednesday .. pain sucks... i cant even eat properly...   pure soups cuz if i bite it hurts...

Sounds like the flu.  Not much you can do.....tylenol cold and neo citron.
