I CANNOT handle spicy. I die. I have the lowest tolerance in the world for spicy. And the most I can take is tabasco sauce. no.gif

Genie, you are right el yucateco is really good hot sauce.... I love it... my frind sends a box to all us Mexicanos in Kitchener every few months.... I love it...

I am definately with Chilenita too... I hate Tabasco sauce... no flavour what so ever... hmm

Baina I eat SUPER CRAZY hot sauce and even it's not hot enough.  My friend's grandma from Trinidad makes it for me.  The best and hottest stuff around.

Supermarket hot sauce...Mr Goudas crushed pepper sauce

Mexican hot sauce is alright but you have to find the right one and I can't remember the name of the best one I have found.  I find that a lot of Mexican hot sauce although very hot don't taste that good.hmm

I like East Indian hot sauce too.  Again can't think of a make.

If you like spicy food West Indian food when made spicy is AMAZING!!!

Jerk Chicken from almost any Jamacian place is a wicked spicy dish!

MANGRATHAI at Richmond and Ontario serves amazing hot pad thai.

I like hot but it must taste good.  I hate tabasco type hot saucebleh

I just had Pad Thai from Thai Express. I ordered medium spice.

Now....I know I can't handle super spicy food....but I thought I could definately handle medium......MY HEAD IS DRIPPIN' IN SWEAT!!!!!!

So I pose the question...

Can YOU handle the heat?!?!?

What kinds of hot sauces do you recommend? Places, dishes to eat?!?!?
