wtf! arenthand rails supposed to be something u put ur hand ON as u go up or down the stairs?
Today a superintendant was rantin abotu how he hates ppl putting their hands on the handrail. He cleans it so its spotless and shiny and then really gets mad wtf?!?!?! am i the only one who is confused now of the purpose of handrails, is it just to look pretty or something?!?!?!
