As long her family, friends and people she loves show up, plus with some good music, probably some oldies she use to listen, that will make her really, really happy.

@ Yesi - I'm sure u can theme up the hall, no different then a wedding. At my work one yr. we did a Gala & out theme was "Fun in the Sun" we brought in sand to put in certain areas to amke it beach looking, it turn out very nice.

Hey thanks girls, I was thinking about doing this Princess but ---- I am not sure if I want to do a theme... like the 70's or 80's theme.... Plus I will get all my friend to help out for free if possible.....

U can also do it in a hall, doesn't have to be the top of the line hall, but make it small & sweet.

I g/f did her moms at the Miss. Convention Centre & had about 60 ppl. it was cozy & very nice.

wow december!! do like a winter wonderland party and any gifts she gets have to be wrapped in xmas wrapping paper!!! and make it like a pot luck thing that way family and friends can all help!!!

or go the complete opposite and do a Hawaiian party!!! and buy those flower necklaces (layes) and give them to everyone tell them to bring flip flops and stuff of you can buy them at the dollar store! also have bbq to eat and stuff its fun u would like it!!!!

Hey everyone, my mom is turning the big 50 in december and my sister and I want to do a huge party for her.... but we don't know what to do...

Any suggestions? Games we can play.... should we do a theme? what kind of theme....

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.... biggrin
