Or most things "designer" with an outrageous tag You have no idea how ripped-off you're getting I know based on the furniture industry... I'm sure it's the same in most other industries

What do you guys think is overrated in todays world that people hype up a little too much or make a big deal out of that isn't really that much fun or worth it?
Here's what I think:
-Trendy bars/restaurants/clubs. It's just a gimmick to sucker people into spending more and getting less. Example: Muzik nightclub charges $20 entrance fee, and a coctail is $13.50
-Celebs
-Japanese cars. Any car will be reliable if taken care of properly
