Management/Ownership - and more specifically the Teacher's Union that holds a big chunk of the Toronto Maple Leafs ownership are mainly focus on one thing - and one thing only: PROFIT!
TML sells out EVERY SINGLE GAME - so, no matter how little they invest in players and improving the team, they will continue to profit. As long as this keeps happening and these part owners are in place, there is little hope.

No. Management has made too many disappointing trades and acquisitions.  Every year they have to make up for the previous year's mistakes which leaves little chance of improvement.

Seriously, I hope/want/wish the Leafs win the Stanley Cup!!!! Pero, our only superstar, Sundin, can't do it alone... we don't have a strong enough team to go DEEP in the playoffs.  Hopefully as the season goes along, some more talented players become available and we grab 'em!
