After seeing Brampton filled with South Asians, Richmond Hill/Markham lleno de chinos, central Mississauga with Arabs/Muslims... its about time a Canadian suburb become identified with Latinos.
I don't care how the Latinos come, just as long as they make it here and work hard.

The immigration system is screwed and favours people from countries other than those from south/central america.

With all the discussion going on...it brings me to another question could we see American people becoming one day illegals immigrants too ?

Their dollar is going down. Deficit growing fast of too much expenses and could their economy going south (in the red section) ?

On their dollar it is written 'IN GOD WE TRUST' ...should they switch it to 'IN THE QUEEN WE TRUST' ?

I don't really care how they coming but I prefer mexicans and colombians coming to Canada instead of indians, jamaiquinos, filipinos, etc.

Holy **** what is this ?? relax before you jump in the KKK bandwagon have always been a part of human history. In Canada is not just about Latinos there is a bigger immigration from Eastern Europeans than Latinos,Portugeses and Italians are the most Illegal Immigrants.

Undocumanted immigrants, as far as I know, get paid under the table. They don't pay any taxes. However, they contribute for Canadians' well being, Just take a drive in the outskirts of the city, you will see Mexican Flas in most of the Farms; they are here working legally thanks to NAFTA and If they are here is because there is not Canadian people willing to do that kind work.

Those people are brave to come here to work hard looking for a better life. I do not have nothing against the people looking for to work hard; nothing wrong with that.

Immigration is not exclusive of US/Canada look in Europe, France, Spain, England they have the same situation,nowdays the reasons are mostly economic more than politic.

In this case for Mexicans the reason is economic, they are looking for a better life therefore is harder for them to apply for refugee stetus because there's not a Political drama (well there is but in a diff way).

Christofo Colombo 'discover' America a long time ago and he didn't have any legals papers. Native were in this land that we live today way before us. Another example ,Jacques-Cartier who discover Canada didn't have any papers. I am canadian born, my parent came here legally, but i know some off my familia that came here with a student visa and work visa and never left, but now are canadians cause my cousins are born here, i think that if people come here ilegally they come for a better future for them and their kids, there is no better country then canada.. remenber this country was built by immigants..
