Anyway, nothing to do with baseball or the elimination of Honduras from the olympics.

See if I wasn't Ecua I would say ur sayin they can be good, but they are not good at all cus they need to be sneeky to win. I think if that's the case then we suck big time, if we can ONLY be good in 1 cup in order to win or prove we can be good. Again that's my view.

well not really.. Argentina and brasil were favorite to win the won cup, and what happen to them they choked. and argentina came to la copa america with a team that has been together for 3 years and still could not beat brasils bench players.. sometime soccer is like that one team could pressure like crazy, but don't win cause the ball doesnt go in, and u got the team that makes one shot and one run and then they win

If they just focus on world cup it's good, but they should try hard in every game & then they can prove that they are working harder & they will get they results to show. Again I hope they do good ALWAYS, & I LUV them no matter wat!!! aww.gif

no cause then the rest of south america would pick up their game and would know were there weak points are, but if u don't show your game that wont happen..

Who remenbers when Colombia was one of the favorites to win the world cup in 94, they even beat Argentina 5-0 with Maradona on the team, well that year colombia won every friendly, but when it came to the world cup every team knew what coplombia was all about and that year colombia didn't even make it out of there cup..

Duh of course I remember.  You may not have been watching because your team was eliminated so early on.  Darn. smile  I also remember winning a bottle of Havana Club on this very foro due to an Ecua loss.smile

Don P...don't be so upset.  Chile has not played yet.  When they do you should post about the games at hand.  What I am saying is true and you know it.  I much rather Chile loose against Brazil than Honduras....

Also the only way mexico beat brasil in la copa america was brasil didn't bring they top players they brought the bench.. but u see ecuador has beaten brasil with there top players and it has beaten Argentina with there top players

I think the reason Yesi (usually as quiet as a mouse) takes joy in posting about an Ecua loss is because she finds Dboy so annoying and that some Ecuas can't take loosing and won't shut up if they win even if it's against El Salvador.

u won that bet cause the better team won, but like i said before ecuador doesn't really care about la copa america, we care about qualifing for the world cup, in which we have made it.. well see when Chile and Ecuador play again in the qualifing

Well I'm not saying "Well it's Brazil".....we beat them before in Copa America. We should've done it again. Pero los amistosos always end up having stellar players out of the line up.....I don't know who was playing on either side. Brazil IS an amazing team...which is why the win would be sooo much better than beating Honduras let's say... I can't wait 'till Giovani Dos Santos gets to play for the National squad...aww

She wasn't showing disrespect to anyone.hmm

Whatever if you loose you loose.  I don't mind loosing to Argentina at all under normal circumstances.  To be honest even though the game was unfair in my eyes and in the eyes of MANY I rather loose to them then anyone else.  My husband is Argentino and my daughter is half Argentina so it's all good.
