Todos los martes a eso de als 6:00 p.m. el GORDO ALEX hace arepas en Club V (momentos). Hace de todo tipos de arepas con nombres muy extranos para mi smile, pero en si las arepas son muy ricas.

If you stayed until the very, very end at SUBA...Alex "El Gordo", after DJing, used to make arepas in the kitchen and sell them. He would make de queso y carne mecha'a and also de pollo con aguacate (i think)......Really good!

I don't know if he's still there....or if they still do it.

Coye hermano sinceramente no tengo idea, yo vivo en Oshawa, casi nunda voy para Toronto.

Pero es una receta muy muy facil, si te metes por internet puedes encontrar algo.
Y la masa para las arepas la puedes conseguir en la mayoria de los locales donde vendan productos latinoamericanos.

Picas el aguacate en cuadritos
Boil the chicken, cuando este listo shred it with your hands
Haces una salsa con Mayonesa, Ajo picadito, sal y pimienta al gusto y lo mesclas con el aguacate y el pollo.
