Glad to see that is more than 1 culture out there and that is it actually a great thing to mix yourself with others. That'sthe only way of growing as person and learn how to be more respectfull too.
We all come from somewhere esle and have different stories and history....just remember that 32% of TO's population wasn't born in Canada. Can you imagine the amazing melting pot !!!!

@ Dannyboi... u're right... there's no arguing with that... i guess it all depends where you grew up... when you came here... where you live now. I grew up in Scarbs... my friends are like the colours of the rainbow... especially my best friends, one black, another indian and the other scottish and i'm the latina of the group... our school was pretty multicultured and so was my neighbourhood.
my point is that with the multi cultured flair of our city, it would be rather different to say you don't have at least ONE friend that isn't persian let's say... they may live in a neighbourhood that's concentrated with persians but i'm positive they don't only work with persians.. it's just the type of city/country we live in... i love it!

i grew up here being one of the few latin americans at my school (i mean, you could count them on one hand), and most of my friends are from pretty much everywhere. i picked up more latino friends in the last few years, but hanging out with strictly latinos would feel pretty strange to me..
same here and being around spanish girls has also help me learn more about the latin community.

can be pretty interesting.. lol....this year especially i made more friends with non latinos....for instance after work i went with a few irish dudes to a pub up on eglinton and yonge...it felt weird walking in at first since the entire bar was fully white...but all and all...we had a blast ...watching the hockey game...i fully finally understood the sense of humor of a table full of cakers...and u know what? it was actually funny!!!! lol...something different from my usuall hitting the .latin clubs on weekends..
i have another group of friends from my other job who r from sri lanka and bangladesh ...they took me to this restaurant downtown..tried some of their food ...must admit.. the food wasent bad at all...i never seen a restaurant full of hot south asian women dammmmm lol..
my next door neighbour is persian we went to aladins up in scarboro..and dammm my appreciation for persian beats reached a 10/10 they cant certainly move on the dance floor ....and the women mmmmmm no comments!! lol just as beautfiul as my latinas..
so anyhow with all that being said..
who has friends of many different backrounds?
Hard to belive ya man after all your racial spewing, your post smells like Hourse sh|t
well.. since we live in Canada, I think its safe to say that MOST if not all of us have friends from different backgrounds...
there's something funny about your post... i can't quite put my finger on it but it has something to do with the level of surprise... like you had a really good time with different ppl doing different things... as if it weren't possible...
whatever... at least you're expanding your horizons and learning about different cultures... which is always good.. there's A LOT of great ppl out there that are not Hispanic!

not true at all..i totaly disagree..altho we live in a multicultural city...its so obvious to not realize that many cultures stick to themselves..
my area for example is full of persians..i have yet to see them interact or hang out with other races...everytime i goto fairview mall...persians with persians..asians with asians...etc...i mean dont get me wrong ..u do see a group of different races chilling together...but thats never always the case...
my highschool was soo like that the porkchops stuck to themselves ..the south asians within their own groups etc..
