I hearD this guy for the first time... agh, back in the late 80s. Guillermo Tell is one of his first, and best, songs.

The video is very much a gay collage of "all things Carlos Varela" but it also shows some of his background.

This time around, with his whole band. I'd recommend this for anyone interested in urban conscious, lyrics-oriented pock rock that has almost no pop to it.
