Ive never had that happen to me on email, but it did happen one time on text.
I wanted to text this girl something quite personal and embarrasing about this guy, and I ended up sending it to the guy that I was talking about, instead of the girl.

I'm so paranoid about doing something like that. So I just avoid putting any personal comments on company emails. It's safer that way. Plus there's no paper or e-trail.

no but it happened to an ex coworker of mine. VP, HR sent out an email about changes to the organization and my coworker meaning to forward it to me and comment about it, hit the reply button and said "what is this crap all about?"

It was the funniest thing EVER and I was sooo happy it didn't happen to me 'cause its something I would do ashamed.gif He had to avoid HR for a good couple of months because he was completely mortified. no.. he didn't get fired. giggle.gif

When someone sends an e-mail at work requesting something outrageous and some idiot sends a Reply to All and everyone gets to know their business?
Some guy at work sent an e-mail right now requesting volunteers for something and this girl replied to the building "I am very interested... Female small build"
Some other guy sent a reply badmouthing one of the big wigs here. Then he tried to delete it but it was too late. I think he got fired. For his sake, I hope he did.
Has that ever happened to any of you?
