For last minute weekend packages (2-4 days), look at offerings from travelocity.ca

For flights and/or packages have a look at Air Transat.  I find their web site tops for being user friendly.  Many of the least expensive packages and flights end up being with Air Transat and Nolitours anyway.

Some good deals can also be found on expedia.ca but it is hit and miss.
