we've been recycling for years... now that we moved to the new house, we're doing it more diligently. It's our contribution to the environment. I realize we're not stopping the hole in the ozone from getting better but every little bit helps.
It's kinda selfish and lazy of people to think its too much work. Create a system and stick with it.

I personally try to generate as little garbage as possible. I always try to take bags with me when i do grocery shopping, and I don't put fruits and vegetables in separate bags.
At home, i recycle, and my goal is to always have 1 bag of organic, 1 bag of non organic, and 1 blue bin of recycling. If possible less than that, and I'm getting pretty good at it.
How do you feel about the new rules on your garbage?? and being ticketed if its not seperated correctly?? ANy thoughts hate the stress??

We've been doing it in the boonies for a bit now. I can't complain. We're doing our bit for the environment. So what if it's a bit more work? We have three... no, four separate containers for different things. AND we have to buy special bags for the food recycle. So :meh: I don't mind.

I don't have a problem because i been doing it for a long time but the people on the second floor where i live need some help with it, so i would like the source of ur thread so i can show it to them. thnx
Bloddy hell! Recycle people! it's not that hard. I wish i had that service at the condo, but so far it's taking FOREVER to get a system that will work for the place. I feel horrible mixing all the garbage in one bag.

It's my house I should be able to do watever I want & if i don't want to recycle then it's my problem. It's sooo stupid. Now I'm imposed to do it. Either way we do it at my house, but I never do. I don't have time to worry were my can has to go vs. my bottles.
