But yea i think he was african american or I could have been wrong..... next time I will ask
No offence here..
I was just sayin we have plenty of Canadian black guys over here who would glady screw people out of their $30 for parking without them pesky african americans coming over here and taking our jobs!
@ Buffy: I love the Cosby Show!

Hi guys as most of you know last night I went to the Pussy Cat Dolls and Christina Aguileras concert.
What can I say we got there at 5:00 pm. I followed M.J.s instructions and I made it to the parking lot alive. Torontonians drive like maniacs!!!!! Anyway when we entered the parking lot we where greeted by this African American guy who is charging $30 dollars for parking I had a few cars behind me so we said ok We got off the car and it starter pouring rain. We ran to the ACC across the street and tried to get inside. We were told they opened at 6:30 pm. and we could not enter at that time. I was pretty upset but we were hungry so we decided to go somewhere else for a bite. Not too far cause we didnt want to get lost.Anyway after we got all wet from running to Front and Bay we got into this building and we stayed there for a bit.
My planned was to call M.J. to ask for directions to the nearest place to eat since it was raining and we didnt want to walk a long time. I check my cell phone to find that I forgot to save her cell number and we are stuck in this building not knowing which way to walk to a restaurant. Thank god M.J. sent me a text with her number and I called her right away. She gave me instructions and we ended up having dinner at East Side Marios.. Not the best but good enough for me J
After Dinner we made it back to the ACC for the concert. The showed started at 8:00 pm. with the Pussy Cat Dolls, OMG these ladies know how to move. Their show was amazing. When they started singing Dont you wish your girlfriend was hot like me the crowd went crazy.. I mean Crazyyyy.
Christina Aguilera we waited until like 9:30 for her show I am not a Christina fan per say but OMG can she sing. Her show was great and the male dancer HOT,HOT
Overall it was worth the $130.00 dollars.. Great showGood singing and great bodies.
FYI. I notice a lot of homeless people, is that normal? I dont remember so many before or is it the area? There was a guy talking to himself to. Man every time I go to Toronto is an Adventure on its own.
hey are u sure he was african american? cause he coulda been just some regular black guy from Toronto, they look very similar...
Yes, yes, yes. The resemblance is uncanny.
OMG I didn't want anyone to get offended......

GO TTC GO !!!!! ~X
I second that.....I don't miss having a car....If I need one...I rent one...
@ X - we do that TTC/subway deal cause you like it, if it was up to me......$30 here I came. LOL If that avoid the ride with smelly ppl. & no seats, etc. & after all that I have to walk, deosn't even live me at the door.
@ Yesi - I'm sorry but from cambridge here on subway or TTC sounds like a nightmare.

I know Princessa, I wouldn't ride the subway from Cambridge.... Maybe drive up to Yorkdale mall and then ride the subway to downtown... It all depends how many people are coming if its 4 people then we can actualy save money by paying the 30 bucks parking.....

Are you sure you didn't leave your cell phone on? 'cause I hear MJ does that a lot.
Glad you had fun in the concrete jungle.
@ McO: I lived in the city for so long that I thought I'd hate the boonies, but I love it there. Now I wouldn't change it for anything. 'cept for a mansion in the Bridle Path. Then I'd come back.

funny thing is that if u took the TTC, i think u would have been closer to the ACC and like i said before not have to worry about parting, traffic, and crazy drivers.
princessa and i always do that, we park the car at a subway station and take the TTC downtown that way we don't waste $$$ and time looking for parking.
~X
Where do you take the TTC? I mean If I am driving from Cambridge where do I get off and take the TTC??? Is there a special station I need to go? How do I know which way to go? Ia m comfused.... but I know I want to do that next time
