Just a musician's opinion: (I KNOW every musician and anyone that knows a thing or two 'bout sound engineering will agree with this)

I didn't attend this event. BUT I wasn't surprised at all when the words "bad sound" were used.

Promoters....I know Sin City is more friendly to your budget than any other venue and it's a great way to get profit.....but IT'S NOT A VENUE FOR CONCERTS!!! When will you learn?!?!?
First off, the walls are made of cement and mirrors that cause all the sound blaring off the speakers to bounce off all the walls a hundred times creating a sound war. The ceiling isn't insulated and has miles of metal piping and aluminum. You don't even need to put reverb on anything on stage because there is too much natural reverberation going on. That place should be called "Feedback City" not "Sin City". You could be the best soundman in the world and you won't cut it in that place. Those of you who are saying "WTF is your point?"...I say this: you know that loud SCREECHING sound that almost sounds like a train slamming on its breaks??..yeah that sound is famous in that joint when there are live events with live microphones going on and thus makes the band or the artist sound like caca poo poo....

I'm still happy for Visionero and Adriel who got all good reviews. Those kids are full of talent. I want someone to name me another Reggayton act that promotes a positive message asides perreo and culo and bling and money and thuggin and naked women...actually naked women are fine..lol

I'm still puzzled as to HOW they got this so-called private jet for the artists when obviously the AIRPORT WAS SHUT DOWN DUE TO MOTHER NATURE?!?! blankstare

Prestige dijo muy claramente que habia rentado un avion privado por $17.000, una mentira mas al descubierto. El punto es que lo de los Prestige SON UNOS MENTIROSOS, claro que entendemos que contratiempos se pueden presentar. Es diferente que se ofrezca una disculpa y sobre todo una explicacion a lo que paso, como lo hizo el Investor "Don Chelo", a todo los insultos y mentiras que el "CEO" de Prestige ha hecho.

El ha pordebajiado a los hispanos en Canada, llamandonos perdedores, desunidos, mediocres, ect. Somos un publico que merecemos respeto, y no nos puede tratar como si fueramos todos unos cerdos.

Si la actitud de este senor fuera diferente, sin tanta pedanteria y orgullo no hubiera despertado la furia del publico en general. No es la primera vez que pasa, esto ya es repetitivo.

Nosotros queremos a Monchy y Alexandra, estamos contentos de que vinieran, celebramos el embarazo de Alexandra, y nuestras quejas nunca fueron en contra de ellos o del Investor.

Prestige no hace honor a su nombre. De prestigio y clase no saben nada.

people would've not been happy either way... if the concert was cancelled and showed at a later day... and in this case it was the late show... and they werent happy

so either way, like i said before.... complainers, there always are and will be, regarless if the concert was good or horrible..... it's just how the spanish community is.... se quejan por todo

the concert was well promoted... because the place was rammed... if we talk about being well organized.... well that's something different......

as per the artist being late, that is just a circumstance that happen that they dealt well with, if they flew the artist in a private Jet... meaing that they were prepared for the worst....

can u imagen 2000 + ppl and the artist is a no show and they say it has been cancelled and moved to the next day... u think ppl would've been happy with that - of course not...

it is what is it.... it happened, move on, learn from it

Thxs for expressing your apology & explaination. I don't doubt for a second that you didn't try your best. From the person that i know that you are, i believe that you tried your best in trying to please the public and making sure the show went on. It's unfortunate the night was not a total success and that there where many unhappy customers.

Don't take my previous post the wrong way, it's just natural to be upset BUT i do understand there were problems in getting Monchy & Alexandra here on time. Nonetheless, i enjoyed VISIONERO & ADRIEL. And i can't believe people were so rude by throwing things on stage. It was an embarassement for the non-latino people there and Monchy & Alexandra, when that fight broke out. I wonder what went through their minds. Too bad the concert ended there.

BTW, i would like to thank you for what you did for us (my aunt, uncle and cousins). You didn't even give it a second thought. That was nice of you.
