Well I'm no expert so I did a check on the web for 'ideal' weights and for someone your height, your max should be about 150 but that doesn't take into account high muscle content in athletes.
BUT your BF is leaning towards the high end, if you do the math you have about 36 lbs of fat in you.
@ MJ - LOL U would not belive how that outfit came about. That shirt was from like 3 yrs ago that I've only worn it once & didn't really care for it, until sat. that nothin fit & that was the best that I can put together since I had no time to buy anything. :sad: BTW tkz.

Do high impact aerobics for 3 1/2 hours straight, or Do heavy weightlifting for 4 hours. or Play a 3 hour game of basketball... nonstop, or Run for almost 3 hours (at about 5mph) that's nearly 15 MILES!! (NOT kms!), or Swin laps, non stop, for 2hours, or Walk for 7 hours straight
Now if your KID would have to get rid of all those calories (lets say he's about 40 lbs) HE would have to do one of the following....:
Do high impact aerobics for 13hrs Do heavy weightlifting for 15 hrs Play a, nonstop, 11 hour basketball game Run for 11 hrs (at 5 mph, that's 55 miles.... about 90 kms) Swim laps for 9 hrs Or Walk for 28 hrs!!

You guys (Mostly men) obsess WAY too much on what you eat.
Here, i found some comforting number for ya'll. According to my weight, height and age i will burn about 1794.34 calories a day just to keep going.
*Your body needs energy to digest the food that you eat. This is basically 10% of the calories you consume. So if you eat 2,000 calories per day, your body will need to burn 200 calories to process that food through your system.
1. Take the escalator -- but climb the stairs while you ride. You'll get there faster and use your muscles while you're at it. Just 5 minutes of stair climbing burns 144 calories.
2. Instead of piling items on the stairs so you can take them upstairs at once, take them one at a time.
3. When cooling your heels while waiting in a doctor's office, drugstore, or airport, stay on your feet -- standing burns 36 more calories per hour than sitting.
4. Rake leaves instead of using a leaf blower: You'll burn 50 more calories every half hour.
5. Scrub your floors more often. Putting some elbow grease into cleaning floors is more intense than vacuuming -- and it makes your floors look better to boot.
6. Chew sugarless gum. Research has found that the action of jaw muscles alone burns about 11 calories an hour.
7. Wash your car by hand instead of taking it through the automatic carwash. You'll burn an extra 280 calories in an hour.

Anyway, believe when i say this. When i used to work at the Skydome, the restaurant i was in used to be a McDonald's. They only changed the name of the place later but they still kept it with all the things (food, machines..) McD's uses.
They do use animal lard for those fries and nuggets. And we barely changed it, maybe 2 times a month? I'm not sure if now with all this food safety and health craze, they've changed it to vegetable shortening. Either way, when that oil was cold, it was a solid block. It's really gross.
