@Guada: Hate to break it to you, but everybody knows that Tiramisu, can only be done properly by italians It's a known fact, I don't make this sh*t up. Sorry (insert old 'shrug' guy here)

Uh... no... I just had the bestest tiramisu in the whole world at a chinese buffet place. It was to DIE for.
HOWEVAH, I 've never had tiramisu made by an italian. So there goes that theory. :oldshrugguy: And I'm sure if I had tiramisu made by an italian, i'd like it. Or by a muslim. Or by Pepe. I just like everything. :beriberiashamed:
Note to self- never ever EVER give dogo a taste of what a REAL tiramisu tastes like. Oh and you think PASTA is italian? stupid marco polo imported the bloody thing from china and claimed it his own.
Loser.
SO, IN YOUR FACE!

oh and Marsala is a dark, sweet, fortified dessert wine that resembles sherry. That receta is also good with chicken.

8 veal cutlets (about 3 ounces each) Salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 to 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 large shallot, finely chopped 2 to 4 garlic cloves, smashed 2 ounces assorted mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup sweet Marsala 3/4 cup low-salt chicken broth Leaves from 1 fresh rosemary sprig
Sprinkle the veal with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 veal cutlets and cook until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer the veal to a plate. Add another tablespoon of butter and oil, if necessary. Repeat with the remaining 4 cutlets. Set the cutlets aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the shallot and garlic. Saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add a tablespoon of the olive oil, if necessary. Add the mushrooms and saute until tender and the juices evaporate, about 3 minutes. Season with salt. Add the Marsala. Simmer until the Marsala reduces by half, about 2 minutes. Add the broth and the rosemary leaves. Simmer until reduced by half, about 4 minutes. Return the veal to the skillet. Pour in all of the pan juices. Cook just until heated through, turning to coat, about 1 minute. Stir the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter into the sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, to taste.
Using tongs, transfer the veal to plates. Spoon the sauce over the veal and serve.

i feel sorry for the poor sap that they fashioned these emoticons from... this 'no' one seems to have a riviting head so that when he says no his head goes fully from one side to the other. And he's pink. He mustve been a white man with a bad sun burn.

Poor hubby had to eat a lot of crap - A LOT of crap - before he finally ate something good. And that's the day he went out for dinner.

Sometimes I can make Macaroni and Cheese but that's sometimes.
Last time I overcooked it so I threw it out thinking the raccoons would eat it but then the next day, there was one dead in the middle of my road, so I don't think it was good.
I asked El Pibe to put the raccoon in the garbage.
But he didn't put him with the macaroni.
*le sigh* (cc: You) Even in death, no body wants my macaroni.
