I like green tea. Well, i mix it. I put one green tea bag and one peppermint bag for the ultimate dirt tasting tea. I love it.

What you need to do depends on what kind of sore throat you have....is it the kind that you can't swallow? or the kinda that affects your voice? or both? or none?...anyway, if it is the first type, go to the health store and ask the person behind the counter to give you three bottle of Hikomo Water; take about half a cup every 6 hours and you'll be fine in two days, it has to be warm when you drink it.

Here's a home remedy that will have you feeling better in no time. Boil water, mix in some honey and lemon in it, drink it up.. and you'll feel better in no time.
