I've found that thing on me ..I'm able to shut my feelings down and Become so cold and just continue like nothing happened...Like if I put a big wall and dont let feelings to touch me....
I show my feelings most of the time. Its hard to keep them in me, they build up ....and then??!!... I just want to scream!!
The hardest feelings for me to show is when I like someone, I hide it because I am shy to admit it. butttttt other than that, yea I tend to show my feelings

I feel i can handel them better now. eg. by admitting I was wrong, saying i sorry, sheading a tear, talking to who I have a problem with.
Wow good for you, this is really hard to do, I try but I guess I am not there yet.....

Are you able to turn them off or on and continue life like nothing ? or are you a ruminant?
Are you able to turn them off or on and continue life like nothing? Or are you more the contemplative, meditative type of person that thinks or dwells on the situation?

I'll re-word the sentence:

umm... i have a difficult time hiding my feelings... if something is bothering me, you can clearly see it on my face. I also hate that I can cry very easily. I cry when I'm pissed off, scared, or lonely. BAH! I hate that about myself. if I'm annoyed or hate someone they can usually tell just by my body language or my facial expressions.

My family thinks I don't have feeling but the truth is that I am really good on managing them. I try to portrait a very taugh and strong person becasue I don't want anyone hurting me. So there is a wall, always a wall, its probably wrong but I don't care, this way I don't get hurt. Lets just say that past experiences with friends and family have made me who I am.
I am cold and don't care, but when I am alone in my safe zone, I do cry jajajajajaja. No I am making everything up.....
I am really good managing my feelings and that is it..... I have learned through the years.....

Well I used to think like Genie but someone just show me that I am not like that, I can't continue life like nothing, but I do try my best to move forward, and try my best not think about it, I can't become cold and continue like nothing happen, I guess sometimes is good to be that way which I have been that way in the past as acold hearted person, butnot anymore

I have anger management issues too. I can be the nicest person, but if I get pissed off things get ugly.
Also I am terrible when it comes to road rage, and luckily I haven't been on the new yet.
