as far as the stitching goes, it's roughly $10 for 10,000 stitches and that all really depends on your design. high stitch counts can be negotiated
as far as the design goes, the possibilities are endless. I don't charge extra for any design I already have (i have a huge catalogue) or designing text (any font). I will also not charge for anyone that has their design already saved as a Vector file. You can find almost anything as a vector file, trust me.
Other logo's or bitmap images will have to be sent out to get digitized, as I'm still learning that stuff. This may cost quite a bit of money, depending on the design. I don't really advise this, unless you're a company and you're buying in bulk. But, if you're design is really basic, I might be able to do it myself. In that case, it will save you quite a significant amount of money.
