I feel for the teacher. He/she is gonna get in so much trouble because of these stupid oversexed little mongrels. But what's up with the blame falling on the teacher? Do you think it's wrong for the parents to want to blame the teacher or school authorities? When are kids going to learn to be responsible for their acts as well?

Exactly!  GOD FORBID these parents look at themselves and take the blame for their own kids' actions.

  Teachers can't be everywhere all the time.  Plus they said the whole thing lasted about 30 seconds.
