I saw this last week, n is really mess up when the mother keep on saying if I don't give him food he keep on crying, I can't believe she call that love, she is killing that child slowly it should be taken away from her cause is no different then abusing your child physically 2 stop him from crying...

Althou I agree with you, that poor kid would be alive but dead with all the health complications he'll be submitted too. He would be a heart attack waiting to happen.
