Ok... what? Wh-wh-wh-why is this necessary again? Who the F is going to benefit from this? Why do they feel the need to control these pigeon's flight in the first place? Have they somehow lost their sense of direction and this is being done to help them? Bah! Rats with wings, eh? Doesn't make it right. There should be laws against this. F@cking chinks!
