I've never done anything like this at work, and nobody from my office has done that either. But I have heard of a gay orgy at my companies regional meetings. We actually had a regional meeting this weekend so it will take a few days for rumors to develop, but last year there was a gay orgy in one of the rooms.

At my last workplace, it happened twice to two different couples.
The first couple got cought in the photocopy room. The security guy was doing his rounds at night when he turned on the light and caught the two going at it. Yup, that was embarassing. One person found out about it and it went around to the whole building. To make matters worse they are both married.
The second time, it was my boss and one of his employees. One of the security guards was doing his rounds again and heard some noises coming from one of the offices. It was so obvious what sounds they were. He turned off the lights on them and after a while he saw them walk out. The security guard told a few of us but the rumour spreaded to a few more people. He didn't report anything because he was friends with both of them.
